"Here is a picture of my brother Russ with his new bike in 1942. This was with the money he made from selling papers on the corner of Tamm and Clayton."

Corbett notes the spire of St. James far off in the east. This photo gives an idea of just how much undeveloped land was still available in 1941.

For those of you not remembering Brock St., it runs between Dale and Mitchell. Lou's home where this was taken, is high on the hill just a few doors down from Mitchell. Thus it provides a nice bird's eye view.
