DEWEY SCHOOL CLASS OF 1935

The school photos were sent to me by Robert Messel.

Robert Messel writes: "Wilma Dilcher Messel, is the third from the left in the second row. She told me that they went across Clayton to the yard of a neighbor who had a nice garden to take the picture.... Mom said the photographer took forever to take the shot and they were “holding smiles”. Everyone got tired by the time the shot was taken and many looked like they had frowns."

Robert Messel writes: "My mother is blonde girl almost dead center. She is the fourth from the left in the second row. She said that the tall girl on the left is Carol Taylor. The 2nd boy from the left is Jenneman, who has pictures on the web site. The last two boys on the right are Bob Burns and Leroy Thompson.
