There is a mock "Rudy Guiliani" web site with a blistering critique of
the current New York mayor's role in the Justice Department in the early
1980s defending U.S. detention and repatriation of Haitian refugees.
The address is <http://www.yesrudy.com/>. The Haiti stuff is under
"Foreign Policy."
