Alas, another (white) foreigner impatient to give orders
to Haitians, mostly about being "guided" (=obeying
without question) "big brother" ideologies "from the North"...

And, as usual, treating Haitians as "helpless children" 
by blaming everything that goes wrong in Haiti on 
foreigners.  As if Haitians had no abilities whatever
-- except of course the presumed ability to listen 
reverently to such self-appointed saviours.

"Drivel" indeed...
