Hello All,

I'm looking for information on Veye Yo, which, as I am told, is a security 
neighborhood watch organization with political leanings. Merril Smith in 
#560 posted a query concerning "Brigad Vijilans" or Vigilence Brigades. Is 
there much of a  similarity between the two?
