Can you or anyone assist me in locating the e-mail for the "Saint-Domingue 
Librarie des Archives Coloniales" and "The Moreau de Saint Mery" at Archives 
Nationales d'outre-mer.  I am attempting to traace my genealogy therefore 
any information you or your e-mail buddies might have on genealogy will
