#779: Haiti art project

Latin American Studies Association will once agin be pleased to show about
200 slides of recent Haitian art during thier convention in March in Miami.
Arts of Haiti Research Project is to gather the slides and make a brochure
of artists (and their galleries or representatives) to be handed out at the
showings. The attachment explaings details and provides forms for
permissions to show the images. There is also provision for artists who
would allow Arts of Haiti ARchives to copy slides for research and study
purposes ONLY; provision for donation of slides to the Archives;and
instructions for return of slides.  WE are hoping for as broad a
representation of recent Haitian work as possible, from artists working in
Haiti or elsewhere.
