I have long noted cultural differences between "Haitians" and "Americans".
These differences were interesting, very general and almost always related
to the differences in our countries' poverty levels, population density and
language structure.  To educated people these difference would not be seen
as specific to any individual. The problem is that many are not well
educated and therefore there is danger of perpetuating harmful stereotypes.
 It is an interesting problem that suggests different communications to
diffeent classes of people based on education. More education for all is
implicated in this situation.
