Thanks to Max Blanchet the suggestion that we focus more on what is happening 
in Haiti now and recently.  M. Preval just cancelled a Texas trip..why? Will 
the elections be held Mar 19? What is the CEP doing? HAve the judicial 
reforms made any progress? What's happening in the internet/telephone 
services area? Any report on the HAES/CIATH Envirotech conference? etc. etc.
