I, for one, would welcome some sources for the Bourget
authoritative-sounding post on this list re. the reasoning
behind the resignation of Ambassador Timothy Carney.  My
understanding was that it was for un-elaborated personal
reasons.  I suspect that trying to read more into it than may
simply be initiating an unfounded rumor.
