is an oligarchy.  and, an oligarchy cares for one thing; itself and its

this is inherently immoral, in my view, as it ignores the 95% of the
population that must remain subservient to the whims and fancies of the
5%.....until this type of morality changes, i think your questions will go
unanswered.....the same is true for El Salvador, Honduras, Guatamala,
Nicaragua, Bolivia, Equador, etc, etc.......
