in a previous post, i too suggested that a look at history would turn up
no examples of a "benevolent dictatorship".....in this post, i simply
stated that i understand why many would like to see such a thing for
Haiti.....having one man with all power who would improve all conditions
is an appealing idea, due to its simplicity in concept...

but, in reality, one would be hard pressed to find such an
individual.....
