i recall asking if M. Jolicoeur could possibly be a list member, maing
note that he has a "unigue" history that covers many decades in
Haiti....

i still think he would be a real contributor and i think that it would
be worthwhile if someone could help him produce an
autobiography......the fact that he managed to maintain a high profile
over the years and remain alive is perhaps not a small accomplishment?
