Dear list members,

does anyone have an electronic copy of the Washington Times article which 
appeared on March 24 called U.S. WARNS PREVAL TO STAGE ELECTIONS BY END OF 
APRIL? If so I'd be very grateful if you would send it to the above 
address. Thanks in advance, Chris

PS I know you can access it on the Times' website but you need a U.S. 
credit card to pay the $1.95 fee, which I don't have.
