Actually, according to our way of thinking, it would not have even been 
necessary for a Houngan, Mambo, or Dorismond family member to put a wanga on 
Giuliani.  Patrick Dorismond's lwa could have done the work without being 
asked.

On the other hand, misfortune comes to everyone sooner or later, and need not 
be regarded as the result of spiritual work or magical intervention.
