The Haitian Drumming Workshop of Hunter College invites you to celebrate
Flag Day.  Festivities take place Friday, 19 May, 8 pm, at Hunter's
Brecher Hall.  The program includes a slide presentation by Dr. Lois
Wilcken, and performances by the Workshop and the musicians of La Troupe
Makandal.  Master Drummer Frisner Augustin will direct the music.

Enter the Hunter North Building on East 69 Street between Park and
Lexington, take the elevator to the sixth floor, make a left off the
elevator, then a right after the double doors.  Walk straight to Brecher
Hall.  For subway riders, the #6 will take you to 68 Street/Hunter
College.

Admission--and patties from a Brooklyn Haitian bakery--are free.  Please
join us!
