A friend of ours went up to Delmas 60 to vote this morning and found people 
waiting for the doors to open.  He waited for a while and then went home 
because he needs to go to work.  He got the impression officials were 
afraid to open the doors...  I have no idea what is happening elsewhere, or 
if this site opened later, just what I know so far.  It's been a quiet day 
for us.  John Munsell
