#3876: Zinglindos in Miami (fwd)

Did anyone read about the Haitian zinglindos operating out of Miami ?  They
carried out a few home invasions, punctuated by rape and torture, all
against other Haitians of course.  Well the Miami police caught on to what
was going on and simply laid a trap in a Miami area house.  Seven of them
took to the bait up and in short order six ended up in custody.  Sometimes
all it takes is the
WILL to get the job done.  Even Duvalier's police had the will in such cases
and got the job done, probably in a ruthful way but efficiently.
The PNH does not seem to have any such will in Haiti.
