I need your help once again. I'm translating a legal document from Saint
Martin from French into English.  It's an "Extrait du Registre du Commerce
et des Societés". There are two terms that I am not familiar with.
 1- Election de domicile pour les oppositions
 2- Droit de Greffe

I have an idea, but I am not sure. Do you know the translation of these
terms or bibliography information for reference?
