To all Corbetteers:
Has anyone heard from Leopold Berlanger, the current or former director of
Radio Vision 2000? A few months ago, he was nominated coordinator of the
National Coalition of Elections Observers, whose mission is to observe our
elections and report on them. I have read reports from OAS and other NGOs,
but not from Leopold's organization. Can anyone inform me?
