Dear Group:

I see from the posting of the President's report to Congress on Haiti
that there's no need to be concerned about public health or environmental
quality.  It must be wonderful to see so much with one eye and be blind
in the other...

Also, I see there's no mention of what milestones have to be reached to
free up all that foreign assistance money.  Do they keep raising the bar?
