#4844: school statistics in Haiti (fwd)

Does anyone on the list know where I can get fairly reliable statistics, or 
know what they are, about the following:

1. What percentage of grade school aged children in Haiti currently attend 
grade school?
2. What percentage of high school aged children in Haiti currently attend 
high school?
3. Of the children attending these schools, what proportion attends public 
school and private or mission schools.
4. how do these percentages vary according to urban (ie. Port-au-Prince) and 
rural areas in Haiti?

I would greatly appreciate any help I can get with these questions.
