Is it possible that the Haiti 'mafia' (can't remember
what they call it) is responsible for the Fonkoze
robbery.  After all, the major banks don't take any
notice of the 'little people' that Fonkoze serves in
the rural areas. And the loan sharks are more likely
to lose business...
