As Mr Kurzban rewrites history I would like to note that elections in 
Haiti are still spooky and there is much shooting and death here in 
port-au-Prince in preparation for an election that Mr Kurzban compares 
to a U.S. election. GET YOUR HEAD OUT OF THE HOLE please, Mr Kurzban, 
and stop fantasizing about a touchy feely world while people are being 
wrongfully killed for nothing.
