Career Missions Personnel Priorities for 2000-2001
(Revised as of December 14, 2000)

The positions listed below are some of the personnel opportunities in 
mission available through International Ministries. Personnel requests from 
our partners around the world are considered and cultivated throughout the 
year. Other positions may become known and be added to the list, while some 
of these may be delayed or canceled. International Ministries, therefore, 
invites you to apply even if you do not see your specific area of expertise 
and ministry listed below. Items marked with an asterisk (*) are top 
priority positions.

*MEDICAL DOCTOR (Ophthalmologist)
Serve as an ophthalmologist at the Eye Center in Cap Haitien, Haiti.

*GENERAL MINISTRIES
Work closely with the General Secretary of the Haitian Baptist Convention 
supporting the churches in their various ministries and serve as liaison 
with American Baptist churches.  Cap Haitien, Haiti.

AMERICAN BAPTIST NATIONAL MINISTRIES/VOLUNTEERS IN MISSION
Haitian Ministries of the American Baptist Churches of New Jersey, East 
Orange, NJ, provides strong leadership for the local Haitian churches.  It 
has a need for volunteer clerical staff, church building maintenance 
(including carpentry, electrical and plumbing) and day care workers.
