Most definitely.

The plan had been that following the service Izmery was going to
put up posters of Aristide in Place Jeremie (small area not too
far from the Oluffson.) The few people (and there weren't too many) in
attendance of the service thought the trouble would happen
at the postering action. 

But just prior to the service someone came into the church and told the
organizers there would be violence if the service continued. With great
deliberation they decided (at least 5 priests) to continue. Izmery refused
to be intimidated or silenced.
