An interesting exchange between Dorce and Young on this army subject. It 
reminds me of a Prestige fueled conversation with a friend living in Haiti. 
He mentioned that before, the Haitian people used to be afraid of the army. 
Now, with the army gone,  they are afraid of the zenglendos. Francois 
Duvalier and Jean Bertrand Aristide are the only political leaders to have 
done something to neutralize the Haitian army and therefore he declared 
Francois Duvalier and Jean Bertrand Aristide the winners and the Haitian 
people the loser still. So there!
