pre-1980 holdings in hard copy or microfilm:

Le Nouvelliste: Aug 1899 -  Sept 1913, Jan 1925 - Dec 1970, Jan 1976 - Aug 
1979.

Petit Samedi Soir: no.4 (1972)

Le Matin: incomplete runs from 1907-1916, 1964-67, 1976-79.

I believe the Institut St Louis de Gonzague has a complete run of the 
Nouvelliste.
