There is an excellent and thorough article on Emmanuel Constant in the June 
issue of The Atlantic Monthly, by David Grann.  The article includes a good 
description of the Raboteau Massacre trial (in which Constant was convicted 
in absentia), and the BAI's role in the conviction.

The issue is already out on the newstands.  It is unfortunately not on line.
