8160: Death of list member David X Young

I had a note from David Young's daughter asking that her
father's name be removed from our list, that he had died.

I'm sure many people on the list knew David, who was as testy
as one gets in his posts and held strong views likely to generate
discussion and disagrement at any time.

Yet it was clear that Haiti was a central part of his life
and that he loved the countyr and culture very much.  Those of you
who know him better might wish to share a bit of the history
of David's Haiti years and interest with the rest of us.  I only
knew him from the list.
