Full French-Creole text of the March 29, 1987 Constitution of Haiti was 
published in 1991 by Les Editions Henri Deschamps, Port-au-Prince, Haiti. I 
would think it still available at most of the principal bookstores in PaP.

Great reference document, with French articles on left-side pages and Créole 
ones facing the French on the right-side pages.
