Can the legal experts comment on this allocation of $6,000,000 by the
U.S. Senate to the Convergence?  Is it legal?  It seems it shouldn't be. 
If the rumor is true, then, that would explain why evidence is so
difficult to find.  But I didn't think the Senate was like a CIA, with
black budgets and the like.  One could investigate the rumor itself. 
Rumors are notoriously imprecise.  The 6 million might be coming from a
different but related source.

Mr. Benodin, where did you hear this rumor?
