The List "Haiti Rulers" may be a good reference for History.
I disagree however that the nmae of Roger Lafontant should be listed there.
This is misleading and erroneous. He indeed attempted a "Coup d'Etat" but
did not succeed. That failed attempt is worth mentionning in a book chapter
but not in a summary or a list ...
