 The best way to Cap-haitian is either with Tropical Airways www.tropical-haiti.com or with Caribintair.  Flights leave for Cap about every hour sometimes every half an hour.  The cost of a round trip ticket is 88 US and that is including Taxes.  The flight takes half an hour to get to Cap.
