I am just looking through my e-mail archives, and although i seem to remember a post about an agency within Haiti (possibly government) that has a list of all registered NGOs in Haiti, i can't seem to find that post.

Does anyone know where i could find a list of the officially-registered NGOs in Haiti?  I do a monthly web search/ update, but i know the digital divide and the English language is leaving much out...
