Titid's highly paid lobbyists delivered some "has-been" from the Clinton
administration; Cuomo, in turn, delivers nothing but a good will gesture.  In
all likelihood, Cuomo went to Haiti, 1) to get some attention unto himself,
i.e. the good white man who befriends some Third World natives, and 2) in the
hope of scoring a point or two against against Carl McCall, the black
candidate for governorship of NYC.  Who's playing who in this scenario?  Who
really cares?  Except the Lavalas lobbyists, of course.  Pity the Haitian
people!
