Haitian Community Relation In Atlanta

Mission Statement

The Purpose of the Haitian Community Relation in
Atlanta is to preserve and enrich Haitian culture,
heritage and values and to promote the physical well
being of the Haitian Community. The HCR will
accomplish this by providing social, cultural,
educational, political and recreational program to all
age groups.

HCR will strive to strengthen Haitian identity,
Haitian family life, and a direct connection between
the Haitian Community and Haiti.

With its commitment to Haitian continuity, the Haitian
Community Relation welcomes all to join and
participate, regardless of affiliation, in its
activities. The HCR will establish a link between
various ethnic groups living in the Diaspora and
assist individual Haitian to get elected in public
office.

Also the HCR will create a Public Relation Response
Team that will be composed of Religious leaders and
professional in respective areas to represent the
Haitian Community when major catastrophe or disaster
takes place.

Haitian Flag's Day Celebration

Join us on May 18, 2002 to commemorate the birth of
Haiti's Flag which occurred at L'Arcahais on May
18,1803 and We invite you, your family and your
friends, Please RSVP if you plan to attend by 3/23/02
