Implying that these immigrants have "'credible fear' of harm" does not at all speak
well for Aristide.

That diaspora are said to support Aristide while they also support allowing these
immigrants to be allowed to remain in the States seems to be a curious contradiction.
It also seems to be a curious contradiction that Kurzban, could represent Aristide
(whose government is increasingly accused of human rights violationson one hand), and
also represent these refugees:

Maybe I am missing something.
