This is a wonderful project for the Republican Haitians of Florida to help
these Haitian doctors with the English Language to facilitate their passing
the stated examinations.  A much better idea would be to have their
Republican friends insist on having the examination in Creole, or of course
in French, which all these doctors must be able to master!  What about that
modest proposal rather than invoke the name of racism?
