Even someone like Avril, with all the bad things he has done, HAS rights. By implementing this illegal scenario, Lavalas is making Avril a "saint" compared to them.

There is a need for a REAL civil rights movement in Haiti. One that would stand for ANYONE, Lavalas or Makoute, whenever, there is abuse of power. Moreover, they should not be changing the rules every day depending on what they want to accomplish (They=lavalas).
