The Dominique case is getting hotter everyday - the
Haitian Legend is more dangerous in his death than
when he was alive

The OAS is not interested in investigating the
December event. Fact: OP that had tied with the
Lavalas Government had destroyed the Bldg of the
Convergence. The Police National should have arrested
all these leaders and ask them who had given them
order or did they deliberately act alone, which is
possible.
Fanatics sometimes behave irresponsibly. The real
reason the lavalas Government had agreed to allow OAS
to enter in Haiti is to arrest the Senator.  A judge
will issue an arrest warrant, the PNH will say that
institution does not have the man power and resources
to arrest the Senator, then the Government will ask
OAS for some assistance.
The Lavalas is about to make a big mistake in trying
to get rid of the Senator with the assistance of the
OAS, the Senator and his force had taken note on the
diplomatic failure of the US secretary State in the
conflict Israeli-Palestinian and the silence of the
Bush administration in the failed coup d?etat in
Venezuela will make a final survival move.  Actually,
the lavalas government left him with no choice. He
must act.
According the latest revelation of King Kino a lavalas
supporter, there is no reason for him to lie and the
Prime Minister had said that ?if King kino were a
friend, he could have put them aside and talk
privately? some folks had intentionally linked the
Senator to the assassination of the Haitian Legend,
Mr. Jean L. Dominique. in making a public declaration
in this high profile case, King Kino shall make
himself available to answer under oath these
allegations.
The assassination of the Haitian Legend might be a
huge puzzle; judge Gassant or who ever in charge of
that case should take the testimony of King Kino who
is A lavalas supporter before issuing any indictment.
At this present moment, there is doubt of the
involvement of the Senator in the death of the Haitian
Legend. At that time Mr. Toussaint was not a candidate
to the presidency but to the Senate. it has appeared
that Mr. Jean Dominique was going to represent the
peasant movement in the presidential election. He had
a good chance the elite was going to vote for him, the
class intellectual without any doubt would vote for
him, the vote of the peasant was going to split
between him and the lavalas leader.  At that time,
there were close tied between the lavalas leader and
the Senator therefore the Senator shall not be off the
hook, he can be also a material witness or be charge
in a conspiracy.
The suspicious resignation of Cherestal is
questionable, the house was already purchased and it
may be his refusal to fire the former Justice minister
who had refused to give the go ahead to indict the
Senator.
As you can see most ministers had kept their post at
the exception of the Justice minister and a few
secretary; there is a reason for that, he had refused
to accuse an innocent or may be he wanted the judge to
add all the accomplices.
The Dominique case may be unsolvable; if the Senator
is arrested and charge he can easily link other
important players, at that moment he won?t have
anything to lose and any allegation made under oath
shall be taken seriously. without any doubt he will
make some. also, most of the presiding judges were
appointed by the Duvalier and they have a distaste for
the current president so allowing a public trial won?t
look good for the government.  Dominique in his death
might bring down a whole system.
If any of you believe that case will go to trial in
