Haiti can by-pass OAS and resolve temporary the
current crisis. Mr. Aristide can appoint Mr. Marc L.
Bazin as the new Prime Minister with full power; he
must form a coalition government with respectable
people.
He is already a member of the Government; he is an
asset that can be used to defuse the situation. He
will enjoy a strong international support, during his
short stay in the Baby Doc Government, he was known as
Mr. Clean. The Convergence might give him a chance.
Since it is necessary to replace the Congress and the
PNH, that government will organize a congressional
election in November of this year and a gradual
replacement of all these folks who are involved in
partisan politic within the PNH; it could have been
better to eliminate the National police force by
creating Departmental Police Force.

There are many compelling reasons why Mr. Bazin can be
used to defuse that chaotic situation. 1) He is
already a member of the Lavalas Government and
everyone knows that he is not a Lavalas. 2) Changes
come from inside are more sustainable and can last
longer. 3) He is not an extremist; he can work with
all sectors. 4) He had a proven record. 5) Just give
him a chance.
If the Convergence stays out they will remain out for
good.
This crisis can be resolved in one second; the people
will give him a chance. He is an outstanding
administrator, he will make gradual change and bring
like Dr. Manigat qualified people in the government.
We had wasted two years and many more to go, the
current prime minister is ineffective and he should
not accept that post at the beginning.
Folks, most of you know that Mr. Marc L. Bazin, Dr.
Manigat and Prof: Rony Desroches and many others can
resolve this crisis in a matter of second. Why not
give him that chance, all of these folks are getting
old, they won’t be here for too long; for God sake
give them that opportunity.
Each of you who is reading that post knows that Mr.
Bazin can remove us from this crisis, you know that
Dr. Manigat, Prof: Latortue can do it. Why you have to
stick with that OAS or UN nonsense stuff, you know
what, you just see for yourself and you do not want to
do anything.
Comme a dit l’autre: “Nul n’est prophète dans son
pays” The gentleman went to Africa and make that place
beautiful, he is with you, you know what he had done,
yet you don’t want to give him that chance. And later
you are going to talk about patriot ( I think you are
confused you want to say: patrie poche);  You hear
about Mr. Raoul Peck, he was with you. Oops il était
clairvoyant.
Haiti does not have any crisis. Mais on a un problème
d’hommes.
