My name is Anne Chandler and I am assisting a Haitian detainee obtain
asylum. He claims that 2 well known men connected to the Lavalas Party
attempted to kill him due to his political opinions. I am searching for an
Haitian expert who may be able to offer pro-bono assistance on his case.
