Precisely why the statistics said "estimated".  This
is the case in many countries where records are not
available or routinely kept with accuracy.  But it
does give us an idea of the number of infant deaths,
doesn't it?  I just thought some numbers would be
helpful for those of us who process information best
with the left side of our brain.
