Compatriots, it is very dangerous to continue to play the game of skin color
after the pollution of the masses with Lavalas politiquaillerie. It sounds
like you do not have enough of this from the American institutionalized
hidden race scheme at all facets of life. Haiti has never been a black and
white nation. She has always remained the black republic even when
politicians played that card to satisfy some personal aim.
Any country, according to definition of stratum and class, has an elite.
Elite is defined as the reserved small group that is respected for its
contribution to development. For a long definition however, it will mean
this group of highly educated and informed folks that is respected for their
contribution to and participation in development of the country, openly or
behind the political scene; this group of very rich or rich people that
co-ops the politicians or politicians-to-be to get to an end. Wherever elite
exists, politicians are at once a mean and an end.
To have and/or recognize elite of a given country, there must be
infrastructure. Haiti does not have any infrastructure, therefore does not
have a known elite, of course through the eyes of academia. In the case of
Haiti, for some time it has been "sov ki pe".
Please, be hungry and thirsty for some moderation and tolerance! Do not
continue to push the envelop farther, especially where Haiti is
regressing...
