I would have agreed, had Mr. Nadal written that there isn't much of a
Haitian
"elite."  But sad to say, the Haitian "elite" is, and there isn't another
one
quite like it.  Education is not one of the ways you attain their ranks,
however.

As for the revelations promised to Mrs. Dorce about Lavalas corruption, I
for
one can't wait for Mr. Nadal's typing skills to improve.

Waiting and chewing on the usual pinch of salt for good measure.
