I can not tell you where exactly, but at one point in the road, there is an
intersection you could have taken. By turning left this road would have
conducted you straight to the newly refurbished Blvd Haile Selassie, at the
"Two Hands Holding a Globe " circle, near the air port.  Bearing right, this
boulevard would then lead you straight into Delmas at the level of "Kafou
aewopo".  Thus you would have bypassed Cite Soleil.
