Greg Chamberlain asks us to dig deep and find something positive
to report in Haiti under the Lavalas Administration...

Well, most people have already commented on the great
improvements to Airport Road, largely financed by Taiwanese
foreign aid, and I suppose the Preval Administration would have
to take some credit in that.  BUT, has anyone driven down Delmas
33 lately... that's the one where Tele-National sits on the
corner.  It used to be a horrible hodge-podge of broken concrete
chunks that required a 4X4 to use.  Wellll, within the last
month it has been resurfaced, and it is now about the smoothest
road in the country.
