Speaking for myself, I doubt it -- and actually hope not.  I find the
word has connotations that are often arrogant and unpleasant, as are
many references that infer class distinction.

As I have said on a couple of occasions, "Just because I bank at Chase
Manhattan does not make me a Rockefeller".
