13324: Casimir -- working toward democracy
From: Jean-Claude CASIMIR <jccasimir@hotmail.com>
Violence continues to haunt our country. We are tired of our analysts and
government's agents trying to make us believe that everything goes well in
the world of a flourishing democracy. Let's take one statement of the
lavalas people: the coup d'etat has caused the killing of 5000 people.
Be serious mister "lavalas". We cannot accept your 5000 victims because with
their government in power, at least a hundred would come forward and
denounce their offenders and present claim for damage.
All serious people are still waiting for the names of those victims and
maybe of the meager list of those accusing their victimizers.
This is truly another lie that the lavalas sector hopes to transform into a
truth by continuing repeating it.
It'is time for us of the opposition to resist those cheap accusations that
seem to address the mentally less developed of the so-called "analphabets
pa' bete".
Let's work seriously to prepare the future of Haiti after de disaster of
Aristide's government. October 13 2002.
Jean-Claude Casimir
